While developing new/trans decals, the 'tech plates' are always difficult. Reference is hard to find, and therefor i try to read as much as possible on existing decals, which often reveals inside jokes of developers...
This one is a tech plate decal from tamiya's 1/6 HD FLH1200
Anyone ever noticed this too?

Re: humour in decals...
On the decal sheet of the Monogram kit of the 1981 IMSA Miller Mustang, the small "Good Year" below the little "bill scott racing" decal that goes in the center of the rear panel between the brake lights, actually reads "Good Rear" on the kit decals!
Indycals offers a great replacement decal sheet for this kit: http://www.indycals.net/decals/canam/81 ... stang.html (the decal I'm referring to is on the right edge of the Indycals sheet, above the two larger GoodYear markings). Michael of Indycals told me he thought that was probably a little joke by the Monogram decal designer, but he didn't think the real car had that misspelling. Either way, I got a good laugh about it. Maybe Michael could include both versions on his sheet?
