Hi Folks,
Just joined and saw this post so I thought I'd chip in.
I'm 51, my wife and I have a publishing business focused on the industrial engineering sector. We contract publish a title for a trade association in the UK and provide editorial for a few trade journals.

Re: What do you do for a living when your not building?
I'm relatively new here.
I have just read the topic, then I want to introduce myself, too.
I am 36 years old, married and have 2 children. I work as CQO in a company that manufactures metal injection molding parts. In addition to modeling, I like to ride MTB and beautify my garden around the house.
Model building has been one of my hobbies for about 25 years. After a long break I started again at the end of last year. Since I have been following Formula 1 since the beginning of the 90s, the focus in model making is clearly the F1 models.

I started work with Madgwick Motorsport in F3 F3000 then moved on to different teams in different countries in F3000. Arrows in F1 in test team. Worked for Reynard for a few years. GP2 with RedBull then finally indy with Genoa Racing here in the States. Occasionally did some years with historic F1 races but that’s about it. Long career but got burned out

I am in medical sales (specifically MRI). I used to be a product specialist and now conduct training classes for our organization to teach our sales team about MRI and how to sell it. I cover both the USA and Canada so a large territory.
