My latest edition to my pile of 300 some models is the Revell Ford GT Le Mans 2017. It was a surprise to me. I walked into the local hobby shop and see a pile of 6 on the release shelve. They are not in the Revell German long and flat box. It is in the traditional more square North America Revell box. It is $39.99 Cnd. It is cheaper than the Revell German offers in general. I was told a month ago by the shopkeeper that they had no idea whether this kit (or the Revell German version) would be in Canada. Since the change of ownership for Revell North America, there is not much information about kits availability in North America.

Anyway, a good surprise for me!

They did release the Ford GT in an "american style" box and without the color instruction book that the original release gets. Everything else is the same. My local shop has it as well for $29 US which I was surprised at.

I got the new Tamiya Toyota TS-050 kit yesterday. Planning to get the primer put down in a few hours and hopefully get some of the parts painted tonight.

1/48 Tamiya Swordfish. It is my compromise into the world of biplanes. I will have to work through the wing alignment strategies and rigging. I have the etch that came with the kit and will have to see how it goes.

Right now I have F1, Group C, USAF Jets and US Army Helo in progress.... And my mom thought I had ADHD...
