Biscuit always, no doubt.
And surely I'd choose Indycals without hesitation...

Just had to order a new Iwata airbrush. Our house was burglarized while we were away and all four of my airbrushes were stolen. They also took all my 1/18 diecasts including my Clark Sweikert Donohue Andretti and all 4 Foyt Indy winners. I really need that airbrush because I REALLY need some hobby therapy.

I got this a few months ago, and am just waiting for the weather to warm up so I can get it started. SMTS 1/43rd Lotus 18 driven by Innes Ireland, Sterling Moss, and Jim Clark. I'm going to build the #14, Innes Ireland Team Lotus wiith BRG body and yellow wobbly wheels (Jim Clark's team car had black wheels, and Moss' car was Rob Walker Blue with white wheels). It was only about $25 (from Grand Prix Models in the UK) mainly because the decals were discolored. After a couple of months taped to a south-facing window though, they're almost back to pure white. The rest of the kit is perfect :D :D :D

This will be my 2nd SMTS 1/43rd Lotus, after I did the 1965 Indy 500-winner Lotus 38 about 25 years ago.

Cheers,
Greg

Good to see you on here again Greg.
Does the window thing really work on decals? I've got some white lettering that's a bit off. Might be worth a try.

I’ve been fortunate to be able to pick up some cool kits recently.

Thanks Daveyman!

This is the second set of decals I've saved using the window. I gues I won't know for a while, but I'm hoping clearcoat will keep them from yellowing again. :D :D :D

Cheers,
Greg
