Nicely build Giovanni, bu it shows also the issues you had to face like door fitting etc.. When i remember correct, i paid 100€ for my Provence moulage all open 512BB LM kits and the fitting was not that bad in comparsion to this kit with costs at 500 bucks! Unfortunately provence is out of buisness with doing kits, miss even the normal kits from them a lot!

I love their kits but they are expensive at least the old ones

I had he 512M and sold it

Had the F40 LM Pilot and shouldn’t have sold it

Built the 550 trans kit, need to finish it, beautiful kit and fit was great

Will check out the new ones as the RSR and 488 are my faves

Hi gp-models,
in fact, the Feeling43 kits, as well as all the other kits that can be completely opened, have problems with the precision of closing bonnets, doors and other movable body elements.
But my P4 has undergone numerous works to adapt the locks and, the slight imperfect closure of the door visible in the photo was due to the fact that the door itself was only resting and not stuck.
In short, live, the body closures are more precise than they appear in the photos.
Last month I just finished assembling a Provence Moulage kit for a collector. This is the Rover BRM Turbine which raced at Le Mans in 1963.
Certainly, the comparison with a Feeling43 cannot hold up (they are two totally different kits: one super-detailed and openable and, the other, very basic and totally closed, curbside).
However, once completed, the Provence also makes a good impression!

Hi Giovanni,
yes for sure, there is no comparsion between all open and curbside, but provence did also all open kits with lots of detailing, in the meantime they have been produced in the last years they made kits. Still have the 512 BB LM versions and they are great, also the AUDI S1 rally version but had no luck to get one of their Aston Martin DBR 9 all open kits. They did some more and the price with only about 100€ was not that high for what you get, fitting was impressingly good. Seen the P4 from gtziaf and i was a bit surprised by how badly the bodywork looked when it came to fitting, lots of work to be done, not so the provence models. I think that the price from Provence was realy fair for what you get, wish they where still in buisness, but unfortunately not.
The older curbside kits from provence are realy simple as you pointed out right, quiet often too simple, but the newer once had more details and are very nice too for a 43 curbside model.
Anyway the Rover looks nice, good job on that! Keep on posting such stuff, like it! :)
Take a stand!

Naked and full open kits on way

Good dealing directly with them

Naked kit is beautiful but body parts don’t fit on, but are both the same price and way cheaper than their older kits, and seem to be more detailed than the transkits I’ve seen before

Hi guys, I built two of the open versions of RSR (Serge put some of the photos on his facebook page) and I can tell you they are rather good, there are some minor issues with fit of the body to chassis but this can be easily managed. All in all a very nice kit and a very nice looking finished model. I have naked also but I still didn't start it.
Here are some photos of build and parts if it is of interest
