Holy smokes!
What a price! Can you explain a bit to the kit? Pics would be much better and absolutely a must!
Is it a licensed kit or why is the price so high??
Realy shocked at moment, if it is not an open kit, remember the MG kits and i think it wil not be Tamiya quality!

Yes i tried, so if i missunderstood something it would be great to point on it, not to ask if i read it.
Seen no mistake i made, so it would be helpfull if you can explain what i made wrong, even if i made something wrong!

It's a self designed 3D printed kit.gp-models wrote:Holy smokes!

All parts printed in ABS by a 3th party supplier - with an FDM home printer it's quite difficult to get a perfect result.
The Kit will have 74 Parts and decals.
3D printing is currently high pricing - i have try to add Rubber-like 3d printed tyres - the estimate was 300€ for a set of 4 tyres
To print the parts in other smoother material is also to expencive - it's ends in a price upto 1000€...
An other way is making resin copies of the body and white metal copies of the other parts - i'm not able to make white metal copies.
To produce the parts in resin and white metal from a supplier it's much more expencive as 3D-Printing.
At the end, i decided to use 3D printed parts, this allows me to adjust the parts after the first run without recasting the molds for the copies.

Thanks Torsten, this was helpfull.
Understand that it might be expensive to produce it as 3D print, but a resin casted model would be much cheaper and makes more reason for potential buyers. WM casting is not a real secret, did a lot of it in early years of modeling, makes sence to go by one day

First set of Parts - except the body - is printed. Parts are not smoothed yet.
