If you are into the new F1 car it’s worth it. Lots of details of the McLaren chassis. They interview the young mechanic putting on the gold foil to protect the carbon fiber. The Honda engine is fuzzed out though.

It's really good, you can feel the tension. In 4K it's incredible.

I am 3/4 of the way through the series. I believe McLaren allowed for this show to provide visual documentation of startup of the 2017 in the event that the engine would not be successful. It was very smart. I don't believe for one minute the group would allow it if they thought they would be successful.

Just my opinion

I agree, it's a total blame game piece, which ended with...... 'Bye Felicia!'

No scapegoat this year though. Put up, or shut up.

First three episodes are great, last one is a disappointment. Amazon had intended to follow the team throughout the 2017 season but was told by Liberty they couldn't be at the races. This is why they're only at the one test, although I'm not sure why they don't mention the nine engine failures in the video which they mention in the description of the video.

The big reveal of "We're done, we're not staying with Honda" anymore is confusing and disappointing after what we've heard from news reports this year.

Thanks Stubeck, I didn't realize they were not allowed to film the rest of the season. I was disappointed to not see more. I found this series eye opening about how a modern race team operates. I see a whole lot of overhead, numerous employees, nice dress shirts and ties, someone actually making sure the chairs around a conference table are all spaced exactly the same distance apart but then the team misses deadlines in getting the car built. The priorities seem to be all wrong and what it means to be a racer has been lost. I have serious doubts they will recover their former glory. I would love to see a similar look at another team like Force India or Toro Rosso for comparison.

The next one if it’s about Mercedes would show off typical German efficiency and how McLaren needs to run a tighter ship.
