Scott Speed is already not doing that great in F1, although I think he still has a drive for next year and Toro Rosso should be a lot better next year too. Gordon moving over would be cool, but it won't happen with his long term Hendrick deal, and he's simply too old at this time too.

I think it is more probable she would go to their NASCAR team for next year. And yes, she can be much worse than Montoya.
