Hopefully the threads on the brush are fine. I’d get a new tip and see if you can screw it in at all, otherwise you may need a new body. Orange peel is very common and I don't think it is correct to expect to get perfectly flat clearcoats directly from your airbrush especially from TS-13. You need to study flat sanding and polishing as that is what will get rid of your orange peel. Agreed! Always wet sand and polish lacquers. I use ...
