I tried to find some information about this as I liked the look of it. It seems like that car never made it to a GP race as it was not approved. Kauhsen made another car that tried to qualify at two races without luck and it is that car that became Merzario.
Did I understand it correctly?

Perfectly finished and weathered kits will never be anything for me. What I like is to build plastic kits, not collect ready made. I did start buying some 1/43 die casts but sold them of as they didn't give me any joy. 3D printed kits may be of interest to me if they can be glued without using epoxy...

I think that there is only minor modifications needed. Looking at pictures from the Swedish GP I can see some air intakes on the cockpit cowling that need to be added .

That is what I remembered from the two kits. What I am after is if there is anything that need to be changed fora Swedish GP car compared what is in the box? I don't know what race the kit depicts. I know that the latest issue of the 1976 model had parts for the Japan GP but that is clearly differen...

I'm thinking of getting another of the Tamiya 1/20 Tyrrell P34 kits. Even though it is the 1977 version in the box I think it has all parts left to build the 1976 version.
Is there anything needed to change to build the winning car from the 1976 Swedish GP?

Its also now well established that the right to royalties on a design expires after 25 years. Pre 1998 should be open season. I would guess that any model company wanting to keep an option open to make current cars (road or track) would be reluctant to test the friendship. Is that so? Didn't Boeing...

I see price varies between 200-300 euro on the net.

When were those logos used?
I can't recall ever seen them on the car.

I will correct myself. I found them on cars from the British GP. Juts a few pictures, most of them show the Camel logo together with the Lotus text.
Did they have to change it during the weekend?
