Well this is so inspiring, I bought the 1/20 version from MFH and 2 days later it was in my hands. My gosh Kyoko....from Tokyo to Wyoming in 2 days! Some girl in a pickup, brought it to my door. I had to settle for the Penske version, so I must paint the Yardley stripes. So the models in both scales...

It was fun following the 4 Vegas Youtube bloggers, walking around the strip. They gave you a far better feel for the place than the TV race events. Same thing at LeMans last year. YouTuber's walked the fence and the paddock area, showing areas you never see during the race.

After hours of looking at parts, I will get the MFH kit even though it's double the price. You certainly get $300 worth of extra hi quality parts from one end to the other. Wheels, tires, suspension, door/window details, All the front grill sharpness...etc.

I really wanted to make this....

At the current prices, I'm about done. I have less than 6 months before retirement. MFH could surprise me with a Matra, but that's about it. Waiting for the BT52b to show up now. Since winners and driver mean nothing to me, I look for amazing designs under the skin. That's why I chose the S4 Lancia ...

Thanks...I thought He was off limits to us. I looked at the ts-55 choice just now. Sadly, it looks perfect. Never really liked Tamiya darker blues. They seemed to be a touch muddy to my eye. Was kind of hoping for something a touch prettier. Thanks all for the info.
