Re: Lotus 29, AMT, 1/25

Wow, really very, very nice!!! :D finished the next one, just in time for the month of may, Dan Gurneys Lotus 29, driven in the 1963 Indy 500. I got the recent reissue of the AMT kit that is about 60 years old... but it's not a bad kit, cosidering that age, with one big (literally) exception...

Re: JR Salvinos IndyCar

If these new IndyCars are successful, maybe we can see models of some vintage and classic IndyCars. I would love to see a kit of John Andretti's Skoal Bandit from his rookie year at the 88 Indy 500. https://digbza2f4g9qo.cloudfront.net/-/media/IndyCar/News/Standard/2020/08/08-07-Andretti-Std.jpg?h=...

Re: Look for Meng McLaren MP4/4 in the wild

Generally speaking I’d say lower were horizontal, upper higher outside on most cars though Lower never used to be too visible. Also it was common that rear anchoring point was higher.

Fw07... but things are quite different now. You can’t “kill” a Tamiya FW07 and expect to sleep well
I can provide the parts that complete it 8)
