I would also go for Fusion 360 as it is easy to understand and it is a free solution which offers the option to save the drawing direct as STL file. As far as i have seen lunokhod is also using Fusion on his Red Bull and now the Caterham, i downloaded it also for free and digging my way through it. ...

There are several changes on the car/bodywork from race to race, hard to see when you don`t know what they changed, but the car had lots of changes during the season, allmost every race was different. Wiring is a nightmare to me, takes hours and hours like nothing. Your work is looking good so far, but i would have replaced the grey-blue Top Studio braided lines against real blue ones, don`t know why TS put in the wrong color for that. They call to paint them, but there is matching stuff on ebay ...
