What clear did you use after re-spraying the engine cover? I used standard Tamiya clear (I forget the exact code) mixed with Tamiya acrylic thinner, it's what I usually use. Is there any well know trick for removing seams left on rubber tires? I would assume to sand it off but I thought I would ask if there is a better way.

Looks really good so Far! I've got Tamiya's 1/12 Renault RE20 in the stash and I totally get the aspect of being faced with a huge workload.

Will definitely keep my eye on this build.
