Very nice! I remember Alkyd paints being recommended for metal figurines in books I read in the 80s and 90s. The solder-ball rivets are a brilliant idea!

I just got my Beemax 1/20 McLaren MP4/2. What a lovely kit as presented in the box. I need the detail set and more decals, but Payday isn't far away now.

Niki used the gpa helmet reportedly at one GP: Brazil 1984. It did not bring him good luck. Not usre if for that reason, he was back with his usual BELL by next race. I didn't know he had used the gpa again later... but es the Segafredo stickers are unmistakeable. AFAIK, never again in races... Tha...
