Re: Thunder Valley still in business?
Thanks to everyone for detailed answers. I had ordered and paid 3 sets of MP4/6 rims already back in 2019, at the time of purchasing "rims ready for shipping in 3 weeks". Covid then, last info I got from him was in May 202, "closer to being able to ship your McLaren MP4/6 rims". ...

Hi, anyone encountered lately with Thunder Valley? I tried to contact via their website couple of times, nobody replies, nor the emails are getting responded. I had ordered and paid some 1/12 rims a while ago, deliveries postponed couple of times and silence since last contact. Their website was dow...

Re: Payment at Hobby Easy with paypal possible?
Just out of curiosity - are you guys using PayPal not annoyed by the currency conversion offered by PayPayl? I know you can change it, but they seem to be cleverly hiding the conversion options, intuitively leading you to use the PayPal conversion rate - 5% off the market. I always change the conver...

Re: MFH McLaren MP4/7?
Not an iconic car… I remember back in 1992, I was a big fan of Senna and McLaren, terribly frustrated by the dominance of the FW14B at the beginning of the year, I struggled to understand them using the old chassis in the first races. Then, they introduced the MP4/7. I remember seeing that and sayin...

Re: 1986 Turbo Rockets in scale 1/20...?
None others have been done in 1/20, as far as I know. You basically have following of the year: Tyrrell 014/015 Zakspeed 861 Lola THL1/THL2 Arrows A8/A9 Osella FA1G/F/H Minardi M185B/186 Ligier JS27 AGS JH21C Of these, I know someone has done Lola decal sheet for conversion, Minardi there was a plan...

Re: 1/20 Williams FW20 Conversion
Very nice job!
2 things I would point out to
-I would carbon-decal the air intake from inside.
-concentrate on focus when photographing
I loved this livery and have it in my pile as well
Keep in good builds.
