Re: Recommendations for US online hobby shop(s)
scalehobbyist.com is good. Plus they don't charge a tax when you buy something from them. They are in New Hampshire.

Re: F1 Article By Kate Wagner's - Outstanding!
It's an interesting article. I can see why R&T pulled the article. For the most part, I think it's true. I wonder what she would think about attending the Kentucky Derby and trying to mix it up with some of that crowd? Or some event at Pebble Beach. For me, it's all about watching the show on dv...

Re: Thunder Valley still in business?
He still owes me for some FW14B wheels I ordered some time back. I tried communicating with him about that for several years but I don't think I'll ever see those. I don't think I'll ever buy from him again. I wish him the best!

Something else here: if you can't find an agreeable color, then my suggestion is to paint the car black first and then the zero 1069. Painting the car black and then green will make the green color appear darker. Or you can experiment first on plastic sheet using gray and black as background colors ...

The air cleaner is from a '56-57 Corvette. Could be the SR-2 Corvette, carburetor version was possibly '56 and '57 had fuel injection.

Raccoon Web Shop
Hello:
Has anyone in the US ever ordered from Raccoon Web Shop? I am not familiar with them but saw something they have that is out of production. I have dealt with Hobby Link and they are very professional with their order system.
Thanks,
Jerry
