I was checking to fit body parts.

It's 1/18 scale.

It was midnight in Japan, and I thought I was going to bed but I watched it on TV. I'm glad to watched good race. Sato's challenge at last lap was fantastic!! I was impressed with it even He crashed out. If he didn't do that, race was not interesting.

I bought it on weekend. I didn't know it's no engine parts.

Tamiya's 86 and BRZ looks very nice
Aosima will also release 86.

Shizuoka Hobby SHow was on May 17th to 20th. There is also Scale modelers club exhibition in public days. I updated pictures. Please check them. I only can buy plastic model kits now because they are cheeper than Resin kits so I'm glad some company release Formula 1 car model kits for plastic.

Two of Lotus 79 was display at our club booth. Tamiya will not release them

Tamiya has this event in Norvember for every year. They display new item, modeling workshop, and RC car race. There is also Shizuoka modelers club exhibition.

Seems like the price of Japanese plastic model kits is due for a potential big price hike. 2011 prices were in the 5000 yen range offered with a discount.
