Re: FAREWELL KIMI! We'll miss you
Always been a big Kimi fan but he never was the real Ice man when he drove/driven for ferrari. He was at his prime when he drove for mclaren and Lotus in my opinion. Still remember when he drove the neck of the mp4/20 in the japanese GP! What a drive.. In ferrari more for the money and secure the ec...

Re: New Shapeways Store
I always prefer that the companies that sell 3D printed product show a printed out version as well. A high resolution photo of the actual product you buy and not only a cad model.
As many 3D printed products look like crap compared to traditional resin casted ones.

One car kit completed for 2016. Tamiyas Jägermeister Porsche 934 Turbo 1:24. Painted in Zero Paint Jägermeister Orange and 2K clear. A "quick" build that took ages with all the horrible masking for the black trim.. tamiya wants to keep the part count low it seems.. http://i751.photobucket....

Re: PE Parts & Glue
PVA glue like gators grip/krystal clear/formula 3000 for areas that are sensitive to CA-glue, like clearparts or some clearcoated parts. The PVA glue can be removed with water and does not melt paints that are not pure acrylics. BUT it takes a bit of time for the glue to bite and grip. For CA glue I...

Re: Not Hello to HALO... yet!
The Halo looks like crap and like Horner said on sky-sport an accident like Massas in Hungary would probably been even worse with the Halo, the part could have hit the halo and deflected on to his torso.Great that they take some more time developing it and would personally rather see a canopy like a...
