Paul I probably won't touch a model for a few more weeks. I still have the motor and trans to get back in my car 68 Dart (my daily driver, now I'm stuck with my 04 GTO LOL) And finish up the remodel on the house. I had an idea aabout the floorpan. I was going to make the side pods like they were on ...

Doing a tutorial wouldn't be that hard. Main thing is to keep eveything square. Find the main rails and the main cross rail and build from that. Everything is based from those points. If those are not square, the rest is going to be off. I used a board the I plained by hand flat. Condtantly checking...

I just use a soldiering pencil to soldier all my stuff. I tried the Cold Heat tool and it don't apply enough heat to the brass to make a good joint. Although that works REALLY well on photo-etch.

Paul The triangles were just copied from the kit but I still have to punch the holes in them. One mistake I made was that I soliered them in before the holes were installed. I used thin brass sheet for them though so it should be fairly easy to drill. After the fact and now that I think about it, ph...

I had used Gunnar Porsche's site as reference for mine. The only thing I could find anywhere on the web was them with that car. Knowing that those cars shared chassis with minor differences, I went to town. Also using what parts were in the kit, just copied in brass. That project is definatly not fo...

BTW, the motor mount on the car now is not the one I'm using LOL. It's just there to locate and reference from. ...
