Re: 1/8 scale lotus decals

I have seen a set of BBK's decals for this kit first hand, they are stunning and were printed perfectly. If I had the kit I'd go with get a set from them, they are a little expensive but they are the best and they are worth it.

Cheers,

Paul

Hi Steve,

I'll get one of the kits and do the CAD work to make them.

Happy Easter to all,

Re: 1:12 Ferrari 641/2 + Detalis

Where'd you get the TVF1 set from? I've been waiting two years for mine? Giving a look at the packaging, it is one of the very earliest sets that shipped out before everything got really rough here. It's also possible he purchased it from Best Balsa Kits as Wim ordered a batch right from the start....

Re: Fujimi F40LM 1/16 decals

Hey Sean,

I might have a photo etch set for that 1/16th
F40. I'm never going to use it, so I'll look
around the shop tomorrow to find it. You
are welcome to it if I can lay my hands
one it.

Cheers,

Paul

Re: My son

Roly, That is too funny about the talking. MA buddy once told me: "we spend the first two years of our children's lives getting them to talk and the rest of our lives trying to get the to shut up". When I was in my twenties I went to see a motivational speaker who had worked with Mr. Walt ...

Re: My son

This is an interesting conversation and I am enjoying reading all the replies. My youngest, Alan, who is 10 seems to be my budding model builder and I'll post some of his builds here later on, but I want to stay on point, especially how that father responded in such a wrong manner to his son. Alan s...

Re: My son

Hi Sean, I tried starting Ben and Alan at that age and they were just too young to attempt building a model. Lego has been wonderful because the instructions are very well layed out and easy to follow. Building Lego and having it turn out well and looking good is a big confidence builders. Attemptin...
