OK, put you anorak on....! I did a lot of research on the 79 for the MG kit, including photographing 79/3 at Classic Team Lotus - the correct colour for both 78 and 79 is a light "biscuit". The recent Tamiya re-issue is a lot nearer, but still too dark a tan, but the Tabu Design sets for 1...

I've just ordered the subscription - consider it a base for a repaint, and a good model in 1/8th scale may result - or perhaps a base for mods and a coat of metallic red paint????!!!! After all, don't they all look the same nowadays if you leave them in grey primer?
