Fearless Forecast for 2010

Well, its about 4 hours to the first practice session of the 2010 Formula 1 season, so let's see how fast I am at making my predictions!

1. We will start off big - Fernando Alonso will win the 2010 Drivers Championship.
2. Ferrari will win the Constructors Title.
3. Michael Schumacher will win two races and take three pole positions. 
4. Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton will take each other out in one race.
5. None of the three new teams will take a podium - unless there is a disqualification.
6. The new teams will finish in this order - Lotus, Virgin, Hispana Racing.
7. Hispana racing will take no points at all.
8. Two drivers, not from Hispana Racing, will take no points.
9. We will see at least one major team buyout or merger.
10. More than half the races will be interrupted by a yellow flag.

Bonus Predictions

1. We have not seen the last of Flavio Briatore.
2. The Cosworth engine will be more reliable than the Renault engine.
3. Audi/VW/Porsche will enter F1.
