Great work on the engine.
Your paintworks are usually amazing, so I think this one will also turn out great.

Good luck for the next steps and thanks for sharing your work
Kindest regards

I'm sure your paint work will be up to your usual high standard. Will you paint all the colours including the green..?? Which brand of paints will you use for the painting..??

Hello, Steve!
Always thank you for comment!

I use the Tamiya color(TS-31,TS-35,TS-17) for the painting. :)
It is moved to an airbrush and painted.

Since coloring of an orange is bad in case of a gray ground, a ground is applied once again.

A continuation is later again.
Thank you.

TS-31 is completely wrong. It is NOT fluo orange. Contact Hiroboy for a better match.
Actually the real car is not painted. It is some kind of folio.

The orange for the Mazda is a tricky colour isn't it. It's not TS36, that's too red, it is definitely a Fluro orange. I am really looking forward to seeing this paint work coming together. Your builds have inspired me to buy the GpC Nissan and the blue and white Mazda. I'm sure you will get the correct colour, if your previous builds are any guide then your attention to detail is spot on.

Hello, everyone!

I began the painting of the body.
I give a first coat with white before painting with orange.

IMG_0016_001.JPG
I improve it in sandpaper(#2000) and a compound to smooth off the surface of the body.

Orange is painted after this.

Allan, daveyman, Thank you for advice!
I decided to change the orange to the fluorescent color.
It goes to buy it from now on.

A continuation is later again.
Thank you.

Looking forward to seeing the colours applied and also how you mask out for the green. Hoping to get some tips for when I build mine..

Hello, everyone!

I bought some fluorescence orange.
The satisfying color was made when some were tried.
IMG_0024_001.JPG
A ground is white.
I mix TS-31:3,TS-56:1.
IMG_0025_001.JPG
The thinned fluorescence orange is recoated twice.
IMG_0026_001.JPG
I painted with green TS-35.
Finally I painted with clear.

A hue changes by the condition of rays with a delicate color. :o

I paint the body from now on.
Thank you.

Good start with the paint so far, certainly not a paint job for the fainthearted...
