Re: 3d build Honda RC213v from 2020
After a while now i can show some pics from the Honda.
It took me a while to find some colors who got the right color and dont eaten the primer.
Tamiya TS was bad in case of color and the Zero Paint set was bad to the primer.
Think was mainly my fault because of too much layers with less waiting time.
But finally i checked the Spanish Gravity Colors which are perfect in use and look to my eyes.
Its fun to use these colors with the Airgun. i bought 2 new Airguns.
A Iwata CS Ecpilpse which is really great for most of the work. And a Harder&Steenbeck Ultra 2024. This is a real smart Airgun. You can adjust it in 5 different steps for the amount of color you want. Thats very very easy to use and even more smarter. I like it a lot!
I also tried the first time some light heatstain weathering on the exhaust and i think it got some charme.
I had to learn that the Ak Interactive Metallic paints are really great. But they dont like it to be covered under Tamiya tape for a longer time. The paint lost some of the effects.
Next time i have to make more thoughts before in which way i will paint the parts.
regards Christian
