Shhh! We're not supposed to suggest that there are very close links between MFH and Studio 27. Any similarities you see in the look, feel, smell, touch, heft, hardness, colour, texture, lustre or finish of their white resin parts are merely a coincidence. Now just repeat to yourself, "MFH and Studio 27 are not related, MFH and Studio 27 are not related, MFH and Studio 27 are not related".

I bought this 94T kit at the Yokohama Hobby Forum that Allnie mentioned, last November. There are very few parts, it seems an easy build, and the finished example on the Hiro's display table looked fantastic! I'd like to see more like it released too. (Oh, sorry Allnie, that was a wish, wasn't it. LOL)

Cheers, Chris

Not sure if this should be in the multi-media or plastic thread? it does have a few added white metal and PE parts.

Anyway, it looks like Studio 27 modified re-release of the Tamiya Wolf kit is finally available for pre-order.
Its a shame its still molded in Wolf Blue and not white plastic though.
Not on my shopping list but nice to see it available none the less, hopefully some other releases might follow.

Well, yeah, 'cause as anyone who's been on F1M for any length of time knows, S27 are crappy lumps of overpriced, un-detailed, poorly engineered garbage, whereas MFH only blesses us with perfect gifts from heaven that are utterly without fault and which can not be improved in any way, shape or form, unless Hiro-san himself decides to improve them, making them perfect-er.

Hi Dan,

It's look like Studio27 has a contract with Théodore rights owners to release a wide range of Theodore machines as follow
1/20 Ralt RT3 Macau F3 1983
1/20 March 761 #10/#34 U.S.A. West GP 1976
1/20 Ensign N177 #23 1977
1/20 Theodore Racing Wolf WR5
1/20 Theodore TY01 1981

【Original Decal】
1/20 Theodore Racing Wolf WR3 1978
1/12 Theodore Racing Wolf WR3 1978
1/20 Williams FW07 "rainbow JEANS" #51 1980
1/20 Theodore Racing Wolf WR3
        AFX F-1 1979 Early Ver.
1/20 Theodore Racing Wolf WR3
        AFX F-1 1979 Late Ver.
1/20 Theodore Racing Wolf WR3
        AFX F-1 1980pin stripe

Decals are clearly identified but what will be the other products : curbside kits or transkits ?

If someone knows...he will be welcome !

Bye
Gilles

That Ferrari looks nice, but compared to a MFH kit it's too expensive.
It's only 100€ less than a MFH kit.

Did anyone notice the release of a 1/20 Lotus Renault 94T kit by DTM (= MFH)? The one with the 4-deck rear wing :D I found this by accident and immediately ordered one. Standard curbside resin. My list of missing Lotus kits in 1/20 is decreasing :-)

Another old one from FPPM or Fernando Pinto in Europe. This time it is the Mercedes 1914 French GP or 1915 Indy winners in a 1/24th scale resin kit with fully assembled hand laced wire wheels. Check on ebay as it is released.
