MP4/27 - 2012 McLaren (L. Hamilton) 1/20

Post by Dede »

Firstly, "Happy New Year" to everyone.

Completed :P

Got this Finished up Just in time for year-end which will let me start my next project today, 01-01-2014 :D

The Kit: Fujimi 1/20, I have to say I enjoyed building this and with the paint scheme it makes a really Cool model, it certainly stands out from the crowd, built as a curbside (nothing under the cowl anyway) and it went together fairly trouble free even though there were soooo many parts for the front wing Fujimi got it right, only critism is the decals are a bit stiff and a bit inaccurate in places but it doesn't really let the kit down, Thank you Fujimi :D

Here is the McLaren MP4/27

Very nice. A tricky livery but you look to have got it spot on.

I love it, very well done, as usual.
Particularly liked the way you made and seal the chrome and decals.
Thanks for sharing.

Cheers

Stunning model with an excellent paint finish. If you don't mind, I may reach out to you for input when I move onto building mine this year.

Very, very, very nice, Dede! +1 on the chrome paint job. It's beautiful.

The wheels sit flat on the ground. The all the tyre and body markings look great. The "scrubbed" tyres themselves look cool. The whole package is quite handsome. And the painstaking CF decal work adds realism.

Congratulations. I love it!
