Some info from various folks...

In 1979 all wheels were 13" diameter front and rear. Ferrari were the only team running Michelin.
Front wheel rim width 11" on: Alfa 177/179, Arrows A1/A2, ATS D2/D3, Fittipaldi F5A/F6A, Ligier JS11, Lotus 79/80, McLaren M28/29, Rabaque Lotus 79/HR100, Shadow DN9, Tyrrell 009, Williams FW06/FW07, Wolf WR7/8/9
Front wheel rim width 10" on: BT46/48/49, Ensign 177
Front wheel rim width 10/11" on: Ensign 179, Merzario A1B/A2(03)/A2(04)
Front wheel rim width 11.5" on: Renault RS01/RS10
Front wheel rim width 11/12/13" on Ferrari 312T3/312T4
Rear wheel rim width 19" on: Alfa 177/179, Ligier JS11
Rear wheel rim width 18" on: Arrows A1/A2, ATS D2/D3, BT46/48/49, Ensign 177, Fittipaldi F5A/F6A, McLaren M28/29, Shadow DN9, Tyrrell 009, Williams FW06/FW07, Wolf WR7/8/9
Rear wheel rim width 18.5" on: Lotus 79/80, Rabaque Lotus 79/HR100,
Rear wheel rim width 19.5" on: Renault RS01/RS10

Thanks for the answers friends, i deduce the correct tires sizes for my next project the Ligier JS 11 are: front 10-22-13 on 11 x 13 inches rim and rear 19-25-13 on 19 x 13 inches rim,the task is reconstructing new rims at the lathe and build up new tires in rtv rubber with the construction of special moulds male / female to make the casting.Of course the kit I'm working on that has tires problems is the Heller in 1 :12 scale.
