Painting Carbon Fiber

I watched the F2001 Build video that was posted here a couple of months ago, and I saw the guy do this with the suspension arms. I hate CFing suspension arms, and I have tried different ways of replicating the CF look. I went to my Local Hobby shop today and I picked up a sheet of Brass Micro Mesh. 

Here is what I did: 

I sprayed my suspension pieces with TS-29 and I let them sit for two weeks(Not that this made any difference). 

I placed the screen over the suspension pieces. 

I turned the air pressure down on my air brush. 

I shot MM Titanium through the mesh very lightly.
